I made an appointment with James Brown and he walked me through the process. He helped me save the stations I wanted. He was very patient and professional. Starting with Norm Mitchell, Salesman who greeted my son and I as we walked in, to Alyssa, Sales manager, and Jeff Rodgers, Finance, and Alexis who taught us about the OnStar program, and how everything on the instrument panel works. Norm Mitchell really knows about the cars and was totally accommodating with everything. No pressure just information and guidance. He really is a pleasant person and genuinely cares about the customers concerns. Alyssa was very pleasant and introduced herself and made us feel welcome. Jeff Rodgers was very pleasant, honest and helpful while navigating us through the paperwork. Very helpful explanations of what exactly I was signing, and never any pressure to rush through anything. Alexis is very very knowledgeable and patient while teaching us what all the bells and whistles meant on the instrument panel, the OnStar program, and really makes it a pleasant experience.
