Dealership ordered/received wrong piece for my truck. I waited in the reception area for over an hour before they came to tell me the issue could not be addressed. I scheduled an appointment to have my oil changed at Arnie Bauer Buick. When I arrived at 12:00 p.m. the service man walked up and asked why I was there. I told him I was there to get my oil changed. He Arnie Bauer Buick. When I arrived at 12:00 p.m. the service man walked up and asked why I was there. I told him I was there to get my oil changed. He said the service manager will be with you shortly. The Service Manager arrived and looked at me with a mean face. He asked my was I there I told him to have an oil change. He said your appointment is not until 1:00 p.m. I told him I like to be on time or early. He said we cannot see you until then. I said no problem. Go over to the desk and I will be with you. I went over to the desk and he told pictures of my car. He took front and back and side views. He open the car door and took pictures of the inside as well. He did not give an explanation. As a matter of fact he said nothing. I have no rating for Arnie Bauer because I am unable to explain the Service Manager (Mr. Diehl) behavior. Today, I was asked to write a review, this is my third review. Why do people try to make you feel bad about something they are doing to you? So sad, when you have professionals who represent great companies behaving in this manner. If only the CEO knew who represents them. This is the absolute truth. More
