Mark Diehl Service Writer & Max the technician were excellent. They displayed extremely professional etiquette in resolving my unique situation with my 2020 GMC Denali. These two were patient with me and the insurance company. Did stop until the matter was rectified. Truly restored my thoughts about GMC dealerships

Everything mentioned above is true to heart. I forgot to mentioned the sweetheart of a cashier. She was soo kind. The short LATIN lady. This young lady speeds around the dealership when she leaves from behind to cashier desk. Feel bad in forgetting her name. She sits directly behind Mark. Her personality is so perky and contagious in a good way. If one is down and out. One cannot help but to PERK -UP once making contact with her. Her smile and personality is positive!!!!!!

Dealership ordered/received wrong piece for my truck. I waited in the reception area for over an hour before they came to tell me the issue could not be addressed. Seems like that should have been know More

You are absolutely right and it sounds like we did not do the right thing here. For that, we truly do apologize. That is not how we do service and maybe there were some circumstances, but that is not an excuse. We will do better and thank you for letting us know so we can improve.
