Service was awful I am so disappointed I drove my car to the shop for service in a oil change one of their service people took me to the bank to get the mone was awful I am so disappointed I drove my car to the shop for service in a oil change one of their service people took me to the bank to get the money to pay for my car after waiting a few hours I went to get the $880 that they told me I was being charged when I get back to hit a different price for me $3,400 and said they found something else wrong with the car but I believe the technician that was working on my car broke the boat off in my car and they sent my car home buy tow truck and I had to get the tow truck I drove it in it was towed back home so now I will let my legal team deal with it and I am very dissatisfied and I would never have service there ever again they lied and even when I was in the vehicle with the guy driving me I heard William neibert tell him not to talk in front of me I also had him call Car Shield because I have that protection on my vehicle but he only asked them for a fuel pump I talked to them the next day after service was not good at all service there's just a scam and a cover-up I feel I was service wrong because I am a woman and you have people there that just don't want to do their xxxx job More

We are located 2 hours away from the dealership so we had a few questions about the vehicle that we wanted answered before we made the drive to see the car. Our salesman, David Brdar did an excellent job answering all of our questions! I was a little disappointed when it came time to complete the paperwork because the individual we met with (Trina) seemed to lack a teamwork mentality. She openly expressed her frustration about our payment method and was irritated that David hadn't gotten it approved prior. I stated that he may not have heard us say we were using a certain payment method to which she responded "he gets in a rush and doesn't listen." She then proceeded to get on the phone to get the payment method approved and clearly voiced her frustration again by saying "nope, he didn't get this approved." I just felt that in a dealership, you have to have an environment of teamwork and she clearly seemed more irritated with David than thankful that he secured a sale for the dealership. Lastly, before we purchased the vehicle, we tested all the features to make sure everything worked. One thing we couldn't test was the HomeLink universal remote system (programmed garage door opener). Unfortunately, when we got home and tried to program the garage doors, we identified that the HomeLink remote system isn't getting power (the indicator lights do not come on). We are hoping this isn't an expensive fix as we just spent a considerable amount of money on a vehicle that should have been completely operational at time of purchase. More

Oil changes scheduled on 2 vehicles Overall I was happy with everything. I was not happy that I had scheduled appointments for both vehicles on Saturday. 1st car at 10:00 am, second at 1 Overall I was happy with everything. I was not happy that I had scheduled appointments for both vehicles on Saturday. 1st car at 10:00 am, second at 10:15. I was not even able to talk to someone until 10:15 and it was 10:30 before we were done with the paperwork. All in all it was a good experience but I believe that people with appointments should take preference over walk in customers. Thank you More
