The service department staff is very rude, inflexible and only care about selling, not helping the customer. Nobody greeted me when I came in for service, I kinda stood around, and finally walked up to desk to ask for help. I was quickly dismissed and told to go to someone else. None of the employees had customers they were assisting so I don’t know why they couldn’t assist me upon arrival. Your customer service standards have declined. A shame because I used to recommend you to everybody I knew who was in the market for a new vehicle. I can no longer do that in good conncious More

We leased a 2020 Acadia and came to Arnie Bauer due to our lease expiring on our 2017 Acadia. The service was very good, everyone was very professional. The paperwork was correct. The car we initially loo our lease expiring on our 2017 Acadia. The service was very good, everyone was very professional. The paperwork was correct. The car we initially looked at had black rims which we didn't care for. So the same model of Acadia was found with the correct rims. We were disappointed that the new car didn't have all the same safety features as the one we had looked at. This wasn't mentioned and we only discovered this the day after we had signed the papers. Its a beautiful car but this should have been brought up. More

Unexpected obstacles on way to the dealership We had a great experience with Arnie Bauer. We had an older car we needed to trade in for a car we had been researching for the past year. Arnie Bauer had 4 cars were were interested in on their lot so we thought we should make the trek. We were 2.5 hours away from their dealership and our car broke down 1 hour into the trip. Once we made it to the dealership an hour later than planned Chase was ready to help us with the cars we wanted to see. They were very helpful and patient with us while we decided on the best option for us and stayed to finish the deal past closing. They were excellent with all aspects. We needed a loaner car until work on the new car was finished. They also met us at the mechanic shop (1.5hours from them) where our car was being fixed to grab our trade car and switch the loaner with the new car. They were very responsive from start to finish.
