I really wasn't please with my service. Mark Diehl was my service representative and I'm not giving him any stars. During a pandemic Mark wiped his nose with his hands did not wash his hands are use any sani service representative and I'm not giving him any stars. I was very disappointed at the lack of safety precautions during this pandemic. There was no sanitizing products anywhere no masks unless you requested them to wear one. Only reason i stayed, i came for the car i wanted and was in a hurry to get out of there. The sales guy next to us had customers no mask he asked them if he had to wear one they said no his response yes thank you it's unnecessary. The blatant disregard for others safety I was speechless.
