Good morning, here I am once again going back to the dealer for service, since 6/6 2022 I have had to go back to the dealer 3 times. This is not where I wish to spend my time, however the vehicle has issues. The last time was to repair a leak. What looked like oil spots on my driveway, was in fact an axle seal, they were also to fix my windshield washer fluid motor. The washer fluid motor actually was not in stock (it was to be) so now I have to go back. The vehicle a 2019 Terrain was listed as " bought here serviced here" with the service issues I've had, my confidence in the service department is 0. Yesterday I sprayed my windshield and used my wipers for the first time, both of them are torn and quite useless. This vehicle was fully serviced by Arnie Bauer service dept. With the price being paid for used vehicles, you would think they would fix them instead of just a presentation cleaning. I will evaluate this upcoming service visit Paul Bushno

For all of our customers, we do try and wash the vehicle. Depending on the temperature and drying it, it does allow for water spots. We will definitely work with our porters to make sure that does not happen and we dry it fast enough. Also, we do provide measurements, so I apologize for the discrepancy there. Overall, it does not sound like we put our best foot forward this day and this is not how we do business, we will have someone contact you to go over the measurements and talk about your experience. Thank you for your feedback, without it we cannot get better.
