I recently purchased a used vehicle from Arnie Bauer GMC in Matteson IL. Alex was the salesman who I dealt with. Once the final monetary issues were accepted by both parties and the paperwork completed my n in Matteson IL. Alex was the salesman who I dealt with. Once the final monetary issues were accepted by both parties and the paperwork completed my new purchase was poorly wiped down for presentation Alex used a remote to start the engine and went over a few final details with me. All very nice, then shakes hands and leaves giving me the second remote, this one doesn't work along with a hole, yes a large piece of the housing is missing. after thinking about this for a moment, I realized he did try this remote and it did not work, stuck it in his pocket until I was leaving. I put it my pocket went home and now he does not return my requests for a replacement. I will not recommend this dealership or Mr. Cleetus. More

Nice looking place Nice waiting room Tried to get me to pay for wheel alignment with no proof of measurements. Took over 2 hours for scheduled oil change and cabin filter. Was in for an oil change but seeing my tires had been “curbed” so much I ask the service advisor Uncle Vinny if they had time to switch them around seeing I didn’t have that on scheduled service.
