A couple of quick questions for a potential sale of $50,000+. It indicated on website a text phone number that would contact you with their general sales manager. Unfortunately, someone other than thei $50,000+. It indicated on website a text phone number that would contact you with their general sales manager. Unfortunately, someone other than their GSM decided they would try to get information from me, prior to answering simple questions I had on an advertised on-line vehicle. Why make it so hard to answer questions and make a potential fairly easy sale? I guess business is great right now. More

I scheduled a test drive for a specific truck online. They contacted me and said the truck was still available They sent me a reminder the next morning that my appointment was at 2pm. I was looking so They contacted me and said the truck was still available They sent me a reminder the next morning that my appointment was at 2pm. I was looking some information up on the truck that morning and checked details on their website a few hours before I went there. First, I walk in and I'm told I won't be talking to the person I was told to ask for, because he's the sales manager. Next, I'm told that the truck I scheduled a test drive for isn't there. The salesperson "went to check" and came back telling me it had been sold the night before! When I asked why I wasn't told this when they confirmed my appointment that morning his only reply was that he doesn't run the phoned! He couldn't have cared less that I had wasted my time driving there. Then he offers to let me drive a truck with a price tag $10,000 higher than the one I came to look at! Talk about a bait and switch! At that point I didn't trust them to do anything for me! I went down the road and bought a Ram from their competitors! More
