Careless Work Leads to Unnecessary Costs Multiple service visits to Armory Garage. Few have gone well or without an issue. If I had another option or place to go I would not return here. Onc Multiple service visits to Armory Garage. Few have gone well or without an issue. If I had another option or place to go I would not return here. Once they told me I needed new spark plugs. I explained I didn't and that would be impossible since my last visit 3 months ago (not even 2,500 miles ago) they were replaced. They thought I wouldn't notice. Of course they then came back and said I was correct and it was a "mixup". They also failed to make notes or explain to me why notes were not made on my last inspection until I was there being asked to sign for charges. They may do good work on your car, but their business practices are sloppy. You need to be a strong advocate for yourself if you decide to come here. Do your homework and don't let them fool you. More

New Jeep! We went to four Jeep dealerships looking for a Jeep Cherokee Trail Hawk for our daughter and the experience we had at Armory was by far the best! We went to four Jeep dealerships looking for a Jeep Cherokee Trail Hawk for our daughter and the experience we had at Armory was by far the best! This was our daughter's first new car purchase experience and while it can be a little overwhelming for a first time buyer, our salesperson Mike Horn explained everything clearly, and focused on her as the buyer and not us, her parents, which is cool. Mike really reviewed the product with us and with no games. We explained to him where we had to be with the numbers and he got us there. Any deal has to work for both the buyer and seller and Armory and Mike Horn made the deal fit for both of us. The other sales people at Armory were professional, well groomed, and knowledgeable, always asking if someone was helping us or if we needed anything while Mike was getting the car ready for a test drive. Ben in finance was great too! Took his time and explained all finance options and got us a great rate!! Our initial impression of Armory was that it is clean, contemporary, professional, and had a comfortable feel. Thanks for a great experience and we’re looking forward to additional car purchases from you and Armory in the future! More

Smooth Transaction, Smooth Sales Guy! Great service.....Went in looking at Jeep Wranglers, ended up with a Jeep Patriot as well. Traded my wife's Subaru Impreza sight unseen on two vehicles. The deal was worked out over a week's time with no money down. Everything was delivered as promised by word of mouth, the way it should be! I lived up to my end of the deal, and the dealer did as well. Much better than other dealers that we visited......Would recommend dealer, even if you have to travel a little as we did! More
