Jerome is a great person to work with at this dealership. My husband went in to look at a new Jeep and Jerome was the only person to look up at him and greet him when he walked in. I started my contact with Armory by filling out the form on their website requesting more information about a car I saw in their inventory... I was travelling for work at the time and looking late in the ev on their website requesting more information about a car I saw in their inventory... I was travelling for work at the time and looking late in the evening so I was trying to get a head start on the shopping process. Brie DInsmore called me the next morning and was nothing but helpful and friendly. I told her I was tight on time and had a good idea what I wanted so she said she could set me up with a firm appointment and would pick someone with specific knowledge of the Dodge Charger for me... That led me to Ron Usenza... he was free and waiting specifically for me when I got there as Brie had promised. All he did at the first step was verify the car I had asked about on the web and went right off onto the lot and pulled it up to the door. He was clearly vey knowledgable and interested in the car but when I told him I had done my research and thought I knew what I wanted he let me do my own exploring until I had a question... and the few I had he was quick with the answer. It was a relaxed experience and more than anything I never felt I wasn't in charge of what happened next. That was the best of all. No BS about other people who might be looking at the car or how these fly out the door.. which I am sure Dodge Chargers do now that I have one. I did get my financing at the dealership... Brendan Mclean did the deal and the paperwork and just like the first two steps I never thought for a minute I wasn't calling the shots on the money end. They spelled out the options and left it up to me to choose. Everything was clear and I never wondered for a moment what they were doing.... Finally... and to me this was the most amazing thing... they got the plates on it... cleaned up and detailed... and paperwork all done the same day... once I made the decision they did everything they could to get me going as soon as possible. I left the same day with the car I wanted and my iPhone already paired to the car... Thanks Ron. Highly recommended!!!! More
