There are many dealerships you can purchase from. My problem is not with sales - it's with the service dept. You would think a new car owner would be treated with a little more honor. When I asked about my VIP Card (that was given to me when I purchased my vehicle) he basically told me why it wasn't good towards anything. Barry was very negative & lacked good customer service skills. I would not recommend the service dept or go back...if I can help it! More
I went here because they are in a very convenient location. I have a Buick, and the Buick/Cadillac dealer is over 30mins away. I brought my Buick to Armen for service before, just routine maintenance, this time something was wrong, check engine light and steering issues. My car is under GMC lease, so they provided a free rental for the 1.5 days it took to do the 4 things I needed done. I am happy with the repairs, car drives much better now. The parking attendant damaged my vehicle, scrapped it badly on the front, so it has to go to the Armen body shop. They agreed to fix it for no charge, and the body shop rep I spoke to was very very nice. Overall, they could have given me a hard time, but luckly, like a rental car, I walked around my vehicle to check everything before I left the lot, and noticed the damage. Had I drove away, I would have been stuck with it most likely. My brother drove away his Lexus from a Lexus dealer in MD, he didn't notice until the next day, they refused to pay for it, because he didn't notice it before leaving. Remember that if you can. I'm experienced with car buying and repair, dealerships are good or bad, Chevrolet in general has not been good; either in Virginia Beach or St. Louis, etc. It's just that the Chevrolet brand is tarnished with bad sales practices and bad vehicles over a long period of time. With Buick and Cadillac, you get treated well, with Chevrolet, not so much, simply due to the profitability of the brand. I'll let them fix the damage, and see how well they do. They are not a preferred body shop for my insurance, but that means very little with so many places around. I'll just see how they do with the work they promised. More

I bought a used Honda truck from Armen. Less than three weeks later, the emergency brake needed to be replaced. I originally brought the truck to a dealer closer to my house since it was a Honda dealershi weeks later, the emergency brake needed to be replaced. I originally brought the truck to a dealer closer to my house since it was a Honda dealership and it was only 10-15 minutes away. When I asked the Honda dealership why an emergency brake would fail, I was told it was over tightened. I asked if this was normal for this part to fail and the Honda technician said no. I called Armen and told them I wanted them to cover the repair since it was less than 1 month that I had the truck. At first, they said they would not cover anything. Then they said they would replace it but I would have to pay for some of it, which I said no. They insisted that I bring the truck to them which is 45 minutes from my house. I brought the truck to them on a Saturday, it took until Thursday at 5:30 pm for them to have it ready. Why it takes 6 days to replace something is beyond my guess. When Armen called me and told me it was ready they said I had to pay a $100 deductible. I questioned this and was told Armen did not have to do anything for me at all because it was a used car (the truck cost $26,000). I did also buy an extended warranty for something like this but apparently it did not cover an emergency brake. Then the manager told me he did not have to give me a loaner car at all either. I have been to many dealerships and almost every one gives you a loaner when your car is serviced at their dealership. I guess Armen is not one of those dealerships and you just have to either walk or rent a car while they take 6 days to fix it. When I still said I did not agree with being charged I was told the reason the parking brake failed was it was pushed down too hard. The manager implied that I broke it. I find this interesting since I have had about 10 cars in my life and this has never happened. I am also 5'7" and weigh 150 pounds. This assertion is absolutely preposterous. Armen "claims" that it does an extensive check on its used vehicles but if this were true, they would have found this. Lastly, I forgot to mention that this was a huge waste of my time as I had to drive a total of 3 hours to get the truck fixed. Not only did I have to pay $100, waste 3 hours, and wait 6 days for a repair, I was then told they were going above and beyond what they had to do on their part. if you want excellent service, do not go to Armen. They claim they stand by their vehicles but as soon as you buy it, you will basically be own your own. More
I would recommend this dealership with a caveat. Armen is the only dealership we have encountered that requires a certified check for the down payment. After a poor experience at another dealership, I am so glad we stopped by Armen instead of heading home. Although they were about to close for the day, the salesperson and sales manager stayed late to sh glad we stopped by Armen instead of heading home. Although they were about to close for the day, the salesperson and sales manager stayed late to show us a car in which we were interested, let us take a test drive, and talk to us about whether the vehicle was right for us. They provided a very favorable price on the car we wanted, were generous with the amount offered on our trade, and talked to several banks to obtain the best financing for us. The whole process was smooth simple and my wife has been thrilled with the car. When I'm ready for my next vehicle, I will definitely look here first. More
