No it happened on December 15th I have the credit check you ran. They make you pick someone to rate on this site which is why I picked someone at random. You ran a check without my authorization. I posted a Google review as well with a screenshot of the date so you couldn't accuse me of being mistaken as it relates to the time like you did here. Not the reponse.inwas.looking for. You know you ran the check it's literally in your records at the office, don't mislead other consumers making it seem as though I'm mistaken. What a practice

Hi Dominique, Thank you for talking to me on the phone today. Again, I want to apologize for the way our team handled the refund of your Delaware registration fees. As I explained, we go through an outside company for out of state registrations. Our title clerk sent your tag fee application and wrote in a bold red marker requesting a 5 year tag from the state. The outside company only processed a 1 year tag. We should have caught the problem way faster and rectified your issue sooner. The check for the difference in fees collected versus the fees charged was sent out today. Again, I apologize for the time it took us to fix the issue.
