Yes I agree that I asked for more this time, as I'm relocating and will soon be driving long distance, but still feels like he did more than he should, especially he mentioned battery part....Don't remember him saying anything about it, but then he came to told me they "checked" battery and its weak, recommended replacement. I agreed at that time, but the more I thought, the more I felt weird. Checked online it seems like it's still a bit early for battery change (According to most sources, its lifespan around 3-5 years, and I bought my 2022 car in April 2023 new).... Also I requested transmission fluid change (According to manual, this is recommended around 45k miles, this is a CVT)....He recommended doing flush, I tried to tell him just drain and fill, but he insisted flush.... And the service is inefficient....After waiting for about 1 hour, I asked for shuttle, waited more than 0.5 hour, nothing, then the advisor came to tell me he acknowledge I requested shuttle, but it's about done, but then waited close to an hour, no update. I then saw my car sitting in lane, looks like its ready. Went up front to ask, and he said he's just getting paperworks ready, but then took another 30-45 minutes. When I read the bill, noticed the labor cost was close to $500. Not sure it this was due to him kept extending my wait time (I was here since 8:00 AM, didn't get out until somewhere between 1130-12....) Yesterday I felt like I was humiliated, disrespected and just got ripped off. Everyone if possible, please service your Chevrolet elsewhere More

The check engine light came on less than 24 hrs later! The price was high for something that I had replaced less than 6 mos ago.
