Routine service When I arrived for my appointment Jason Uhrmacher greeted me promptly, wrote up the service ticket and directed me to the waiting area. Much quicker than I expected he returned explaining what work was performed and that I was ready to go. The service at this dealership has improved greatly through the years and I would recommend it to anyone. We LOVE our RAV4 and Arlington Toyota keeps it running smoothly! More

Great service experience I had an appointment to have all the 100,000 mile service performed on my Camry Hybrid, brakes checked, and a new dash installed. Mike Sandelin took care of everything and the entire experience was perfect. I had a car rented and was in and out of the dealership within 15 minutes and Mike agreed to call me and let me know of anything they found. I expected to need new brakes and was happy to find out I didn't (these hybrids are GREAT on breaks). They did recommend an alignment which I added, and still left at the end of the day spending far less than I expected. The end of day pickup also took 15 minutes to turn in the rental, pay my bill, talk with Mike about my car and pay the bill. Even though they were busy, every aspect of the transaction was fast and appropriate. It was a smooth transaction at a very reasonable price and I'm very happy with the experience and care! More

When I called for an appointment, the receptionist said "Come on in", which I did. I was promptly seen by Charlotte Myers, who called Brian Santos for an estimate, which he gave and asked if I could leave it to begin the repair. I did that, and was given daily updates by phone and e-mail on the progress of the repairs by Christine Rutland, one of the advisors. Within 3 work days, my car was ready. You could not tell where the repair was done, the paint matched perfectly, and the car looked great, both inside and out. I couldn't have asked for better service. More
Service with no smile I have contacted your Arlington Toyota service center 5 times about this problem. I took my 2007 tundra in for the air induction unit. This part was u I have contacted your Arlington Toyota service center 5 times about this problem. I took my 2007 tundra in for the air induction unit. This part was under warranty and was replaced. My truck was given back to me with a new problem. It was making a loud ticking sound. I told the service person I did not want to take my truck in that condition. I was told there was nothing they could do. I drove off and all my lights came on ( engine- traction) . Once I got home the truck would not turn on. I asked a local shop to check my error codes. I had miss fires, i took the truck back once it would start. The service manager told me it would be $1600 just to look at. I was angry at the idea of having to pay for what your shop did . I didn't have the funds so I had to take the truck home. I have called the management, customers relations, even the district manager and have gotten nowhere. I finally did some research and began to work on my truck myself. First discovered there was a nut missing and a screw missing. Once I got down to the piston. I found the screw. This has been a shock that this could happen. I am not certified but could discover the problem and . I will be contacting the better business Bureau. This is by far the worse experience ever. More
