Mike Needham Alan Fryman Richard Reese and Jeezy ROCK! We came in for our first service and although we did not buy our vehicle there we were treated like VIPs by Mike Needham, Richard Reese, Alan Fryman, We came in for our first service and although we did not buy our vehicle there we were treated like VIPs by Mike Needham, Richard Reese, Alan Fryman, Gesy in sales and Eddie in Finance. Because it was so great we also bought a 2012 Sienna and a set of Window Visors for my wifes 4 runner! No hassles and VIP service. Arlington Toyota has changed so much for the better since I was there about 5 years ago and it has nothing to do with the property. It is all the quality of the people and 1st class service everyone at every level provides. If there were 15 stars I would give them all to Arlington Toyota! More

Arlington Toyota/ Amit Arora Amit was awesome to work with. Not only did he help me with my pirchase but he calls me from time to time to see if I need anything and to see how my Amit was awesome to work with. Not only did he help me with my pirchase but he calls me from time to time to see if I need anything and to see how my vehicle is holding up. He is very honest and has a very good knowledge base on Toyoat vehicles. I would definately recommend Arlington Toyota and Amit. Loyalty I have been taking and purchasing my vehicle from here for 20 years, it takes a long time to find a service department let alone personnel who you can I have been taking and purchasing my vehicle from here for 20 years, it takes a long time to find a service department let alone personnel who you can trust to work on your vehicle and not make it worse. Above and Beyond This was my first time taking my car to Arlington Toyota. My car was stolen out of my driveway two days before Thanksgiving. After being treated terri This was my first time taking my car to Arlington Toyota. My car was stolen out of my driveway two days before Thanksgiving. After being treated terrible by everyone the best move I could have ever done was taking my recovered car to Arlington Toyota. My insurance company was of no help. Rick Doran told me to bring my car in and talk to Mike Sandelin. I pulled my car in and was greeted immediately. They called for Mike Sandelin and within 1 minute he was there. He assured me that he would get everything taken care of. He then escorted me to the rental car agency where I was taken care of with amazing customer service. I wish I had their names so I could recognize them as well. My car was repaired and detailed In a timely fashion. I can't express enough gratitude and thanks to everyone at Arlington Toyota for the amazing experience!!!! More
