Sienna service individual Unfortunately, I brought the vehicle in a week ago and don't have my service reps card/name but believe his name was Derrrin Drago. Set me up for next day service but would have done same day-I didn't have time. Key fobs,wipers, and informed me by phone I might want to replace battery which made sense to me-car was almost 5 years old-I have just bought it. Efficient , not pushy. Work done faster and a bit less costly than expected (which never happens). My first service visit to Arlington. Unfortunately my sales experience was not good several months earlier so bought car elsewhere. But I'll take a good service experience over sales any day of the week! More

Great experience I have purchased several vehicles fro.Arlington Toyota. This was by far the best experience. Irvin Ricks is the best salesman and Jerrod in Finance is I have purchased several vehicles fro.Arlington Toyota. This was by far the best experience. Great service, great value, great staff From the time I pulled until the time they got me back on the road was amazing! Everyone I saw was very friendly and helpful.
