I have always purchased toyota however after my experience today of having to wait 2 1/2 hours for service, I have changed my mind. I made an appointment for 11 AM we sat in the car until 11.22, wh experience today of having to wait 2 1/2 hours for service, I have changed my mind. I made an appointment for 11 AM we sat in the car until 11.22, which is the time they state service begins and didn’t get it back until 1.50 but they fudge the #to make the service desk look better because the board showed car was ready but it wasn’t. Was told all cars automatically go thru car wash but had to complain because mine didn’t . Maybe it’s time for me to make a change to a different company for a better service on a car I purchased brand new ! Ruined my Saturday !!! Appalling !! More
Had an appointment for 10am and when I arrive I was told it was going to be 2 hours because they were backed up. I was only in for an oil change and tire rotation. That takes at most 45 minutes. If I have an appointment for 10am that means my car should be taken at 10 am not an hour and a half later. Why May an appointment if I’m still going to wait. I have been using Arlington Toyota for 2years. I usually have no issues but my last oil change was terrible. I was 15min early and wound up there for 4 hrs for an oil change and tire rotation. ??? They had an app to track progress and after 2 and a half hrs of not saying anything I check the status. It said the vehicle wasn’t even being serviced yet. Excuse was busy and short staffed. I can’t help but to think that if I have to make an appointment, why when I arrive would my vehicle not get service right away? That and the lack of communication made me frustrated. But this was the only time I had a “bad” experience. More

Tried to sell $400 trans fluid change at 50K miles (not in service schedule when I checked later) along with engine/cabin filters and wiper blades. Check out staff (Mr. Mclander?) was apologetic explained what had been done noting tire replacement would be needed isoon. (He's correct). Full inspection sheet provided showing fluid and brake checks done. More

Late July experienced all dashlights on and car would not turn off. I got it to the dealership where check in personnel were incredulous that this could happen...key out of ignition and car running. Long story short...car in their care for 11 days, they replaced block assy. That is what invoice said. Supposedly this to fix all dash electrical, etc. COST $2300.00. I felt no choice as they said will fix problem. Fast forward 1 1/2 months...drove to St. Augustine...exact same issue. They obviously had not fixed the problem. Called them and it was towed back to the dealership. I have researched and my guess maybe a going bad ignition switch. I'm not a mechanic, but my car has all symptoms. Dealership tonight said pick up car, can't duplicate the issue. I asked if they checked ignition switch...they said can't test a good ignition switch. I now know this is false. Drove home...guess what starting to experience same issues. I just left them! They refused to cover my towing as they said they couldn't duplicate issue. Do NOT go there...DISHONEST!!! More
