But let me tell you they have r There have been times that i didn't have such a great experience at this dealer with long waits and bad communication. But let me tell you they have really come a long way the last few times i have been there. I don't know if its because they have hired more staff but they were really on top of there game and communicating with me the whole time my vehicle was there. I had a lot of things wrong with mine and it was all fixed in a matter of a few days. Adam would call me with updates and double check with me before he made any advances to the vehicle that i wasn't aware of at first. Lets just say if i were to have anyone babysit my car it would be him lol. Great job Toyota! More

Arlington Toyota (AT) (and Mike, our service specialist) excelled in p A true indication of a dealers excellence is what they do when things go wrong. Arlington Toyota (AT) (and Mike, our service specialist) excelled in persistence and dedication when, unknown to all involved, an OEM’s QC allowed an out of spec axle to be shipped for installation. AT never flinched when I brought the car back 3 times—they were dedicated to finding what the problem was and fixing it. The end analysis was the OEM’s part was out of spec by a few thousandths of an inch, just enough to cause all involved (myself included) to be perplexed—the problem with the OEMS part couldn’t be seen as the “few thousandths” isn’t noticeable. Other Service Specialists would have quit but Mike kept going; saying “we’re going to fix this problem”. And he did. Some may say that was his job.
