I was entirely pleased with Arlington Toyota's service department on my recent visit. The intake was efficient and was conducted completely outdoors, which I appreciated during this Covid pandemic. Since I live an hour away, I asked for an hour's notice prior to pick-up, mainly to help me avoid rush-hour traffic. That was done cheerfully and smoothly. When I arrived, the car was ready and my time indoors, to pick up the keys, was kept to a minimum, which I appreciated since I am in the at-risk age group for the pandemic. Thank you for a completely successful visit. I'm only sorry I can't remember the name of the fellow who helped me, because he did a great job! More

The service center was really busy on the day I brought my car in so there was a long line. When I did get help, I was directed to the Collision department. Five stars? ˆI say six stars for Mike Sandelin and Derrin Drago. It was time for my car's check-up but I came without an appointment because if indication of low tire pressure, Mike Sandelin has ta Derrin Drago. It was time for my car's check-up but I came without an appointment because if indication of low tire pressure, Mike Sandelin has taken care of my car needs for years but he was very busy with other customers. Derrin Drago stepped in and Took care of every- thing including seeing to it that I had rides home and back while the car was taken care of. Been going there for service for a long time. Today was a Thursday and I arrived 30 minutes before my appointment time and I waited almost 3 1/2 hours for a basic oil change. The service Department needs to Thursday and I arrived 30 minutes before my appointment time and I waited almost 3 1/2 hours for a basic oil change. The service Department needs to cut back on how many people do a drive up no appointment to get service. They should consider appointments only and that's it. It was an inconvenience to me to have to sit and wait 3 1/2 hours when normally it takes 1 1/2 hours. Please fix this or I will have to start using another Toyota dealer for my service on my vehicle. One other issue I had was I arrived home and my neighbor knocked on my door and said your hood wasn't closed so I checked and sure enough it wasn't. I was lucky it didn't pop open on my way home and smash my windshield. Please ensure your technicians close the hoods on vehicles properly!! I've always enjoyed getting my two vehicles serviced there but today was a nightmare!! My service guy Steve Mclendon did a great job though with getting things finished!! More
