Did recall but brought car night before for 7a appt. Supposed to take 3-4 hours, adviser said plan on 1/2p. After 2, texted and reply was they were finally working on it. Wasn't finished till aft 4. I have been a customer of Arlington Toyota for 15 years or more & have always had my services/repairs done at Arlington Toyota. Mike Sandelin has been my service rep and I will only take my vehicle in for or more & have always had my services/repairs done at Arlington Toyota. Mike Sandelin has been my service rep and I will only take my vehicle in for service if he will be working on the day I want/do my service. I trust what he tells me about my van's condition and what it needs most urgently at that time and what items, if any, can wait for my next visit. He always lets me know what is needed and the cost before they actually start the work unless it is just the normal/routine oil change and checking everything. More
My daughter scheduled an appointment in advanced; waited almost 3 hours before being told by the mechanic that he did not know how to fix her problem. She was getting a heat shield put back on her 2017 Nis almost 3 hours before being told by the mechanic that he did not know how to fix her problem. She was getting a heat shield put back on her 2017 Nissan Versa and an oil change. The service agent had a total disregard for her time and did not express remorse or empathy after letting her know that he was incompetent and could not assist her. I find that to be totally unacceptable. She had to be inconvenience by returning the next day. The good news is that it was eventually repaired and she was not charged. Also we typically do not have these issues with Arlington Toyota. More
