Arlington Toyota - Service Center

Work was done as promised however I had a lot of difficulty reaching my service advisor by phone. Tried 4 or 5 times getting voicemail each time (on the mobile number she provided). The service was good and they fixed the problem. I wish the staff wore masks consistently. Quite a few did not inside the dealership and I was a little uncomfortable with this. Service was good however, it was total chaos in the bay when I had to pick up my car. It took a while for me to get my car into service and when i had to pick it up. At one point one of the service attende when I had to pick up my car. It took a while for me to get my car into service and when i had to pick it up.
