They are too busy. I go there because I have a warranty. I didn’t have to pay anything. Tucker was very nice but it took almost 6 hours to get my tire fixed. They did provide a ride home and pick up. This was my first oil change on my new Highlander. My appointment was for 9am. I arrived at 9am was told 1.5 hour wait for oil change and car wash. I left the dealership and returned at 11:30.
