In my mind that isn't fixed but they charged me for the work! 350 dollars and no kiss. More

FIVE hours later I finally called and then 20 min later got at text saying it was my hybrid battery and gave estimate near $5K. I elected to just pick up my car, but still had to pay $199 for the diagnosis, which subsequently was told AutoZone will do for free. I think plugging a car into a diagnostic computer should NOT result in a $199 fee. I think from the lights alone it should have been obvious what was needed. I believe a refund is in order. More
I have a 2018 Toyota Sienna that's been modified to accommodate a wheelchair. I have received recalls over the years and they will not honor or repair any of them because of the modification even if i accommodate a wheelchair. I have received recalls over the years and they will not honor or repair any of them because of the modification even if it's something that wasn't touched during the modification. But at least once a month they call me to tell me that I have an open recall on my fuel pump, this has been going on for years. During the first call when I brought it in before they told me to get lost, I reported that the stereo system.was also having problems. They told me they couldn't find any issues or get it to replicate the problem I described. At this point the car was still new and under warranty. About a year later I get one of the calls about the fuel pump I explained to them that they told me to get lost because of the modification but they said bring it in and we will take another look. So I did and, still under warranty at this time, I reported the stereo system problem again with great detail, again I was told they couldn't find a problem and they said the part about looking at the fuel pump was mistake. After about 9 months I got the idea to start making videos of the entertainment system problem. So I took it in with my videos. Out of warranty at this point, they were immediately able to diagnose the problem and told me that I need a whole new unit. I said but you guys know I've told you about this problem twice over the past couple of years while it was under warranty. They basically told me to pack sand that there was nothing they could unless I paid for a new system. A few months later after another call about the recall on the fuel pump I went in and ask since you would have replaced it if it wasn't modified can you just give me the new pump and I'll do it. They said no. The fuel doors of some models of Toyota break off. They know this and their is no recall but their is a class action lawsuit that required them to fix it if you bring it in. This dealership will never tell you this, and even when you present the documentation from the class action expect a battle to get them to honor it. So I won that battle and they did the repair but are required to paint it to match the car. When I got mine back the color isn't even the same. Stay away from this dealership, if they put as much effort into customer service as they do in figuring out ways not to provide good customer service they might be a good dealership. More
