Prices are excessive and wait time terrible. I went to have a non-working window repaired under warranty and have the TPMS sensor light reset. I had a 7:00 am appointment and was checked in right away. Th have a non-working window repaired under warranty and have the TPMS sensor light reset. I had a 7:00 am appointment and was checked in right away. They told me there was a $168 diagnostic fee but it would be paid through the warranty if it turned out to be covered by the warranty. Fine at that point but from then on it turned into a negative experience. It took them 5 hours and 3 texts requesting an update to tell me the window’s motor was bad and one of the TPMS sensors was bad and by the way, the tire sensor was not covered under the warranty and I’d have to pay the diagnostic fee for it. (36 month or 36,000 miles warranty I thought covered everything excepting brake pads and tire wear.) I asked why they were charging 2 diagnostic fees (1 for the window & 1 for the tire sensor) and was told it was because the technician had to spend a lot of time diagnosing the window problem. I reminded them the tire sensor had nothing to do with the window problem but I received only silence after I questioned this. Also, they wouldn’t have the window motor replacement for 2 or 3 hours more if I wanted to wait. I rescheduled finishing that repair as I’d already been there 5 hours and wasn’t going to wait 3 more hours. I feel their double diagnostic fee was unfairly charged as they got 1 from me and 1 from the warranty. I would also never purchase a vehicle from them as their $1,885 added miscellaneous fee on all cars they sell is a ripoff. That fee only covers replacement keys and towing service to their facility for breakdowns. Customers should be given the option of whether or not they want to pay that extra fee and there should only be ONE diagnostic fee charged per visit! I will never use Arlington Toyota again!!! More

I got oil change, tire rotation & some other minor things like bulbs replaced this week. Everything was done like I asked & they advised me of some upcoming maintenance so I could plan for it.
