Had service warranty done (mirrors). Car now have paint scratches and epoxy/glue outside and inside the car . Windows also have epoxy/glue in it. No complaints with the Service Advisor(Roland Vivas).Routine Maintenance Service are done great but will question Warranty work (or how will your car look after work is done). Also i had Clear Paint Protection installed by the dealership(at time of sale) and its not up to standard(dirty, peeling, not up to toyota standard). Don’t do add ons, stick to factory installed. I have been a customer at Arlington Toyota for years, as far back as when they were located on the Arlington Expressway! I love their brand new building on Atlantic Blvd. next to Craig Field, especially the far back as when they were located on the Arlington Expressway! But so many of them have been Toyotas and all of my Toyotas have gone to AT for Service. I have always had excellent service from AT’s Service Department. In recent years I have relied upon Michael Sandelin and Steve McLendon to shepherd my car through the service I requested and always call me with updates, especially if they find something that needs work but wasn’t on the work order. ~ In 2014, we bought a brand new RAV4 Limited from Arlington Toyota, and it has always been serviced there, too. Then, in early 2019, I bought a new 2019 RAV4 — used! — from a “brand X” dealer. But I immediately brought her to AT for all her service. ~ I will always bring my Toyotas to AT from this day forward as long as I continue to receive 4 and 5-star service and work with really great people like Mike and Steve. ~ And did I mention, I love the brand new building? Problem takes much to long to change oil and filter rotate tires especially when you have an appointment. My old dealership Within the time of two hrs would do the same service plus provide a complimen rotate tires especially when you have an appointment. Service writer was very good at her job, kept me informed of the progress. Oh by the way I was there before my appointment time of 11:40 and didn’t get my vehicle back till almost 4:00pm.
