Had my oil change at Arlingtion Toyota today. The technician left a pint of oil in the engine compartment and it ruptured my fan belt. The engine light came on and I returned the truck back to The technician left a pint of oil in the engine compartment and it ruptured my fan belt. Usually the service is exceptional however today even though I had a 7 am appt my car was overlooked and not serviced timely. It was almost 9 before I checked out. Later that day I noticed that one item though I had a 7 am appt my car was overlooked and not serviced timely. It was almost 9 before I checked out. Later that day I noticed that one item from the 50K maintenance wasn’t addressed. The drivers installation mat wasn’t connected on the left side. Seems that the turn bolt is missing and the carpet piece won’t stay in place. Seems that would be an item to discuss with me snd see if a part could be ordered to fix the situation. I’m waiting on a return call from the advisor who assisted me, Rande Kristiansen. More
