Overpriced oil change and they are not interested in saving the customer money. Really stupid strategy to bite someone once to never see them again vs fair and reasonable prices to attain satisfied, loy saving the customer money. Before the overpriced oil change, went in there for a tire leak. They wanted me to replaced a perfectly good tire with a $500 one. Went to Costco and got it repaired for $13. Were they trying to look out for my best financial interest, xxxx no! Never again with this dealership. More

I took my truck in for a 15k service the next day I noticed the right front bolt on my skid plate was completely loose and the center bolt on the skid plate was scripted. I’m not sure why they even me noticed the right front bolt on my skid plate was completely loose and the center bolt on the skid plate was scripted. I’m not sure why they even messed with the bolts because the skid plate has a separate plate that can be removed to change the oil. My next service will more than likely be with a different dealership. I will say the gentleman who took my fob was super! More

Went in for an oil change. I had an appointment but waited 2 and half hours with no updates given, had to go up to staff to ask for update. Took 3 and a half hours total. I'll say this, I have not been to a different service dept. since 2008. Also, I will to go Arlington Toyota for the foreseeable future.
