Purchased a new 2021 RAV4 from Arlington Toyota all cash. After 34000 mile I decided to put new Michelin tires on it. Tires being expensive I took it to Arlington Toyota to have the wheel alignment checked and if necessary adjusted. Now I never had any steering or highway driving issues ever even with the new tires. Arlington found it necessary to do an alignment on the RAV4. I got the vehicle back and drove back home. On the way home I noticed the steering wheel was no longer straight and the RAV4 did no steer correctly it was constantly searching which way to go. I returned back to the dealership later that day and told them about it all. They told me the alignment was correct and it was not necessary for it to be done over. Knowing that this vehicle now did not drive right like it did before they touched it I complained and they offered to put it back to where it was and I said OK since at that point that was my only option. I made an appointment at another Toyota dealership who did the wheel alignment over at an additional cost to me and the RAV4 now drives very good. Why Arlington Toyota told me all was OK when it obviously was not including the steering wheel being made crooked by them was highly unprofessional. I see no good reason why I should bring any of my vehicles in for future service at this dealership. Maybe you folks should should think twice before you do business with these folks. More
The service experience is excellent: scheduling, service rep, checkout all excellent. My 20k normal device was really good. The service technician needs to drive the car to see the issue and they appear to have not done that yet, so the problem has not been identified or resolved. More
Been a customer for more than 10 years, even brought my daughter here to buy her car. I've historically appreciated great service at this dealership but my last experience was the worst I've ever had at a daughter here to buy her car. I've historically appreciated great service at this dealership but my last experience was the worst I've ever had at any dealership. I brought my car in for brake service and maintenance, filters, belts, etc., and the usual inspection. They gave my car back with broken air filter box and a dead battery after $998 worth of work and a supposed inspection. It took two days to fix and should have taken a few hours. I had to have the car jumped to leave and stopped at AutoZone on the way home to get my battery checked. They checked it, noted it was defective and had it replaced in 20 minutes. I still can't believe this dealership has gone down so much so fast. Very disappointing. My customer service guy was clearly disappointed as well, but I'm having a hard time seeing myself going back. More

Oh gosh, this dealership is a mess. I truly would not recommend anyone going there as it is being run now. I arrived at 9:00 a.m. for a scheduled appointment to look at why one of m I truly would not recommend anyone going there as it is being run now. I arrived at 9:00 a.m. for a scheduled appointment to look at why one of my tires was wearing so much faster than the other three. (Yes, it was an alignment problem.) They send you a text with a link to check on the progress of your car. At 1:39 p.m., I checked the link and it told me my arrival was complete. Good to know- over four hours and it had just been sitting there. So the service guy does come out and tell me that my car was out of alignment and that I would need two new tires. This exact dealership was who had done the alignment the last time I had been there, but they glossed right over that. I notice that they seem to have been trained to be cheerful, agreeable, and not take blame for any problem, even if they were the last people to see your car. To add to the festivities, an Arlington Toyota employee was sent to accost everybody waiting in the service area to see if they wanted to sell their car back to the dealership. Can we not wait hours too long for our cars to be serviced in peace? I guess not. At 5:00 p.m., the link informs me that the inspection has been done, but the service has not yet been completed. I had planned to travel five hours away that weekend, and now this would put me driving in the dark for part of my trip. By this point, my daughter was texting me to see if I was going to have to spend the night in the service area that night, and I have to admit I was wondering. At a few minutes before 6:00, my cheerful, smiling service guy comes out to escort me over to the cashier (I’m beginning to see why they escort you), reminds me that he doesn’t set the prices, and hands me over to the cashier, who is also cheerful and informs me that my total is a little shy of a thousand dollars. By this point I’m nearly comatose and numbly hand her my credit card. I can see sunlight just outside the doors; I’m almost free. I’m not writing this review to tell the owners/managers about my experience. They don’t care. I want YOU, the customer, to use your power and go somewhere else. I was not the only person unhappy that day or waiting a long time. This is not a good place to do business; it’s a mess. It really is. Go elsewhere! More
