Your service manager told us we needed a new transmission control module and quoted us a price over $2000. We paid you $184 to have your “technicians” simply hook my car up to a diagnostics machine. They did control module and quoted us a price over $2000. We paid you $184 to have your “technicians” simply hook my car up to a diagnostics machine. They did a simple reset before giving the car back. We then took the car to a transmission shop. The shop spent an entire day and found nothing wrong with the car. The car has run fine except for the dash lights. In fact, your first contact at the service center stated the 106 degree heat of the day had resulted in 4 vehicles already suffering the same problem and probably the car needed a simple reset before giving. Your diagnostic machine simply told you what my dashboard was telling you. Your shop never really reset the vehicle and checked it out properly. You simply wanted to sell me an overpriced part. In short, we are now back to not trusting you. We had that problem a few years ago, but you regained our trust and you worked hard. However, the group that’s in there right now. We just don’t trust. Unless it is a dire emergency and I have no other choice, I doubt I will ever come back there again. More
I usually have great service but this time around I came in with a low tire pressure light on and knew that there was a nail in my tire so I’ve been filling air every 3 months or so. They explained that it was not repairable and quoted new tires along with other items that should be addressed. Before I could tell them to go ahead with everything, I received a message that my car was ready along with the bill. When I picked up my car, the tire pressure light was still on and they didn’t even bother to fill it so I did on my way home. Now, I have to schedule another visit somewhere and take another day out of my schedule to get my tires replaced, etc. More

When I checked it myself, I found the bolt securing the air filter casing was broken, leaving it partially open—exposing the engine to dirt. While past experiences have been positive, this one fell short of the dealership’s usual standards. More
