I was contacted by Kara Hinton of the internet sez division. I made an appointment for 330ish the next day, but things happened and I got there acouple of hours early. Kara was prepared ready to assist without prior knowledge of my early arrival. From the first handshake to the final goodbye, she was on point and maintained a positive attitude. She worked with me and got me a great deal and the truck I wanted. Thank you Kara!😀 The site wouldn't let me give more than 5 stars. More

Great experience It was my 1st time at Arlington Toyota. My service advisor, Michael Sandelin was efficient & courteous. He told me my wait would be about an hour & My It was my 1st time at Arlington Toyota. My service advisor, Michael Sandelin was efficient & courteous. I found witness protection paperwork and a weapon under there driver seat. After contacting the manager of sales, I was told that they were not liable for that, tough luck. I travel on military bases all the time. All it would take is for one vehicle search to get me arrested. I also do not feel safe driving a vehicle that was involved in a witness protection situation. At the very least, when a vehicle comes in, they should search the car. Who knows what else they have missed. I do not recommend this dealership. They are very nice when you are buying. When you have an issue, you get the serious run around. More
