Everytime I have came in I was not pleased. Each time it’s another issue. I’m always talked down to like I’m an idiot because I’m a girl. I’ve been in numerous times and finally this last time I came in it’s another issue. I’m always talked down to like I’m an idiot because I’m a girl. I’ve been in numerous times and finally this last time I came in with my dad. While my car is under my name only and I signed the paperwork for service I was not spoken To. Only my dad was addressed and spoken too which is not ok. I was ignored even though this was my car. My dad was the only one pulled aside and pulled into the shop to see what was wrong with my car. The guy only told my dad what was wrong which I find sexist to not be included because I am a girl. Every single time I come in I’m talked to like an idiot or treated differently. I’m not going to be ignored or not included on something that involved my car. I will not be disrespected and treated differently because I am a women. This is not the first time this had happened at this dealer. I will not be returning. My mom was also with me and my dad and she also said how I was treated was wrong and it was sexist. I will make sure to tell anyone I know that owns a Nissan to avoid this dealer and I also will be contacting corporate over this issue. I also had an issue with my brakes and came in 4 times with this issue and I was treated like an idiot when I’m fact my brakes are still squeaking and was not fixed. I was told “it’s in my head”. Very professional. Little does service know, I’m VERY knowledgeable on car parts/ issues with cars. I’m very disappointed on the way I was treated and will be sure to make this known to the public as well. More

Bad service !!!I received an Air bag recall. Before I Bad service !!! I received an Air bag recall. Before I go there made a call to make sure they have my parts. Dealer said need a week to get parts Bad service !!! I received an Air bag recall. Before I go there made a call to make sure they have my parts. Dealer said need a week to get parts for me. And I wait a week after that I received a confirm text that they have my parts. I went there and wait 2 hours until to be notified that they do not have parts ! They will order it for me and I have to come back again ! I do not want go there again. I lost totally 4 hours that day for nothing and make me so so upset. !! Bad service !!! More
