I was asked twice to pay part/labor under warranty, and for my oil change that is complementary for 2 years.They were also supposed to check the coolant that was at least 1” under the low mark and did not for my oil change that is complementary for 2 years.They were also supposed to check the coolant that was at least 1” under the low mark and did not got checked or refilled the last time I changed my oil even after I addressed my concern. I left my SUV at 1 p.m( told everyone that I have time constraints and I work at 5p.m)Car was supposed to be serviced by 3 p.m and my shuttle van was supposed to pick me up at 3:30 p.m at the latest. Than I waited outside for the shuttle van to pick me up 3 extra hours and skipped my lunch. I called them at least 3 times to ask about the status of the shuttle.I was given 2 or 3 ridiculous excuses like he is maybe waiting for the train to pass, than he is almost there, and then that he is far away picking up other clients. I am 4 miles away and I could of called an Uber to take me there in 10 minutes. Total mess in communication with the shuttle driver and me. I ended up being late for work for one and a half hours, lost at least 40$ pay and my training class that I was supposed to train, got canceled for the next day. The van finally showed up at 6 p.m and I asked him to drop me at my work place. Than I told the service department that I will pick up the car the next day. They promised they will call me before 10 a.m and sand me another shuttle to bring me to the dealership before they get busy with clients , but yet again nobody called me by 10:30 so I asked a friend to drive me there. When they saw me there they got a little spooked gave me the keys and the invoice and repeated couple of times( no need to see cashier or service desk) just so I don’t go ask for a manager and report what a horrible experience I had. But there is more. When I opened the hood I noticed the coolant was at the same level as before. I asked just to please let me know what brand it is so I can buy it and top it off my self. The service clerk was kind enough to refill it for me and acknowledged that they probably missed that last time the car was in for service since it needs 1 cup of coolant every year and that he had to add 2 cups. He also apologized that they forgot the previous day due to being busy. I have been hearing rattling sounds from my injectors and engine vibrations and noises in general since last year. I hope it’s not related due to the coolant being too low for 2 years. I think I will take my SUV to be checked out in some Nissan dealership near me. I am not that guy that would stir trouble for your employees and complain for no reason or ask for refunds or handouts, but you really need to pay attention to the concerns, treatment and communication with your customers and within your organization. If this happens for minor simple service I wonder what would happen when I have some bigger repairs or issues with my vehicle. More

Craig was really nice when I first brought the car in for service. He reassured me that the battery was going to be replaced with no problem. I was informed of other repairs that needed to be done which I sort of expected. Arlington Nissan has a very comfortable waiting room also. More
