In light of the pandemic with its resultant social distancing & masking requirements, I was apprehensive about having to spend long periods of time at a dealership searching for and purchasing a new v distancing & masking requirements, I was apprehensive about having to spend long periods of time at a dealership searching for and purchasing a new vehicle. The staff at Arlington Nissan understood and addressed my concerns without issue. My sales associate, Iryna Kilyk, quickly identified possible vehicles for me, cut showroom time to a minimum, and was able to facilitate on-line credit application and over-the-phone purchase agreement when I found the car I wished to buy. Everyone worked together to coordinate purchase and pick-up of the new vehicle with limited time spent face-to-face. I truly appreciated the concern for my well being during these difficult times. After having bad experiences with this service department years ago, I was ecstatic about the service I received from Brian yesterday. I called early in the day to ask some questions since I had bought a ne years ago, I was ecstatic about the service I received from Brian yesterday. I called early in the day to ask some questions since I had bought a new car from your dealership this past summer, so I wasn't sure when to get an oil change, tires rotated, etc. Brian answered all my questions and allowed me to bring in my car immediately to have those 2 services done.
