As it states in my review, I had already received several replies to call your manager to make this better. I did, and I talked with Jamie who doubled down and flat out lied to me. You know which vehicle, you know my name. You can have someone above Jamie call me, like the general manager or owner, and do the right thing which is $18.5k, out the door including tax, title, lisc, new battery, gas cap, and a full tank of gas.
