I was between a couple cars when I came in and they didn’t rush or pressure me at all and were super informative. I’m so happy I came here and even more stoked with my new car! Kevin the car salesman was very kind, he eased my nerves and helped me narrow down my choices that best fit my needs! I’m a full time student and worker so I came in with a tight budget but Jaime really helped me leave with a great deal I can’t thank them enough! A shoutout to Dominique the finance guy for staying late and helping me finish finalizing the paperwork we well and being very accommodating. You can tell everyone here really cares about their clients! I definitely recommend coming here if you’re looking to buy a car More

Made small talk a bit, looked at the truck (2025 Frontier King Cab) and took it for a spin on the property. Loved the little truck! Went back in side and I asked how much the rubber mats were. He said 800.00 but that we could "work something out" Said he would talk to his manager for a starting point. During my wait I called the parts dept and learned rubber mats were less than 300.00 including tax. First red flag. Then it happened. I overheard an argument between a customer and what appeared to be the sales manager because it was taking place in the office where Alex the salesman was talking with two or three other gentlemen. The man was obviously very angry and was saying things like his time was wasted and he was disrespected, and the sales manager was provoking him. The angrier the customer got the more insults came. Then came the customer asking the sales manager to "come outside and say it" "let's go outside and see how tough you are then" Lucky for the salesman the man stormed out because he would have killed at least two from the looks of him. Then I said to the salesman that this didn't help them. The manager said to me "**** you too" and then said ok and I left. I then get a text about an hour or so later asking if "had a good experience today?" I replied are you kidding?! I then called and said the manager owed me an apology. The manager sends a text trying to say I said something in appropriate to a female employee. This never happened. He then called me on the phone and attempted to provoke me too. After four calls I texted him and said I would sign a complaint if one more call came. It stopped. You can't make this stuff up people! I went there to buy a truck and knew what I wanted. More

Vehicle was advertised at $16,926, first round of paperwork came back at list price $17526 plus all their add ons added up to almost $24,500. Went back and forth third round of print out came to $19566 as the base price plus fees came out to over $21k. Going back and forth was told they took a bad deal on the purchase and needed to make up costs. It's not their customers problem that they made a bad purchase and was trying to add so much more on the possible sale. There was damage to the vehicle, battery was 2 years out of date, they did not have a window sticker on the vehicle, and wasted over 2 hours to get into the vehicle to begin with. They would not show us itemized breakdowns of what was optional to decline. Wasted 5 hours of all our time. Received several text messages and comments on my reviews about wanting to turn my negative reviews into a positive one, so I called and they just repeated that they thought we had a deal at $21k, I said no $18.5 out the door with tax title license which would honor the online price. They doubled down about it. So no. Inflating numbers, giving breakdowns with all $0's for costs, and then doubling down on their own mistakes does not turn my negative review into a positive one. More
