Yes and No So for the record this Dealer does have good customer service but one thing really bothers me about this place. I bought a used SUV from them that had So for the record this Dealer does have good customer service but one thing really bothers me about this place. I bought a used SUV from them that had crease on the passenger door. I really liked it, the color is beautiful and it was the make I was in the market for being Thant it's not a make that they sell. Low mileage etc. They promised they would fix It which they did, but the work is equivalent to someones garage at home. I had to take it back because the rubber molding was dangling, but they replaced it which I appreciate. The door has been filled with bondo instead of the metal straightened filled then painted. They didn't even buff it out it there was a dull spot. They said they were seeing if they can get it buffed out, but haven't heard from them yet. So you know what I did? I took it to a body shop and they couldn't believe what they saw. they buffed it out for me for $25 and showed me that the door has dried up bondo drips at the very bottom. bondo is a porous and it's going to suck up all the water like a sponge and probably rust quick. the paint looks better but I have a wavy door and the pair has two bubbles from the crappy paint job. $30,000 truck with a ugly door. I'm sharing this so no one else has this problem. still waiting on their call. Geoff Sulkowski went above and beyond to get my molding replaced, Thanks Geoff! More

Exceptional service I had a severely damaged tire and called my service advisor, Cindy Laser. I left her a message and she returned my call in less than 10 minutes. She immediately checked to see if they had the tire I needed in stock. We discussed possibly replacing another tire as we and she indicated she would have all of my tires inspected. She had everything waiting when I arrived at the dealer and also fully explained all of my options. I appreciate her honesty and that is the main reason I continue to have my Buick serviced at Sullivan. Cindy is a great asset to their team. More

I have been bringing in my 2004 GP for any service needs to Sullivan (working with Victo I purchased a Pontiac Grand Prix back in 2004 from Sullivan. I have been bringing in my 2004 GP for any service needs to Sullivan (working with Victor Gomez) for years. It is the confidence I have not only in the service performed, but also in my service advisor Victor that keeps me a very happy customer. It is always a pleasure working with Victor and I can honestly say that I have never felt so comfortable in leaving my car for service, knowing that they will do exactly what needs to be done, nothing more (unless required), nothing less! Now that I have traded in the 2004 GP for a new Buick Regal, I'm looking forward to another 12+ years with Sullivan! Thanks Victor for always taking good care of my cars! More

I have been taking my 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix GXP for service at Sullivan Buick/GMC since I bought the car new over 11 years ago.My car now has 154,76 I have been taking my 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix GXP for service at Sullivan Buick/GMC since I bought the car new over 11 years ago.My car now has 154,768 miles but still runs like the day I drove it off the lot. I attribute my car's performance and durability to the quality care I have received through the years from Sullivan's ASE certified mechanics and trusted service advisors. My current service advisor,Geoff Sulkowski,has upheld the excellent customer service that I have come to expect. Just last week, I brought my car in for new front & rear brakes plus rotors. Geoff took the extra step and made sure a large portion of the repair was covered under Sullivan Lifetime Replacement. In addition, since the specialized brakes and rotors had to be ordered,Geoff arranged a Buick LaCrosse courtesy loaner car for me until the work was completed. I appreciated having the loaner since I need transportation everyday for my outside sales position. Thank You Geoff and Sullivan Buick/GMC for taking care of me. Attentive service on newly purchased used car Usually I dread having cars serviced. But I was extremely happy about the treatment received by Geoff in the Service Dept. Not only did he fix up the light that was out, but while I waited, he coordinated with his specialist on touch-ups so I could come in at a later date and get this additional service done. Then he went the extra mile and gave me my own touch-up kit just in case I needed it for future use! Outstanding! Thank you Geoff! More
