Terrible customer service. I waited for 2 weeks for them to contact me about a part for my vehicle. Originally I was told it would take 24-48 hours to get the part at which time I would have to come back. I to contact me about a part for my vehicle. Originally I was told it would take 24-48 hours to get the part at which time I would have to come back. I never received a phone call or anything; only thing I got from this dealer is garbage spam emails. So, I contact them only to be hung up on after waiting several minutes on hold. Then I called back; after being transferred to the service department again I waited while the phone rang for 4 straight minutes. Finally the receptionist picked up and said they were too busy to help me. I was already upset about not being contacted, but who wants to be told they can’t be helped because people are busy?! I’m never coming back here and there are plenty of dealers who value their customers and their time, I suggest going to one of those instead of Sullivan. More

Sales and Finance Departments were great. I was very disappointed in Service department. I purchased a brand new Buick Encore and within 24 hours of owning it, the engine malfunction light came on. The service advisor did a very poor job of communicating status of the vehicle. After almost a week in the shop, the dealership gave me another new car. Second key fob didn’t work. Had to return to dealership for the 4th time in a 10-day period. I was not happy with the treatment I received. This service advisor was rude and condescending. Will not be using Sullivan again. More

Commission driven advisers have left me feeling taken advantage of more than once. Alex with Sullivan was the complete opposite of my experiences with other dealers. I had an electrical program with my '15 Yukon Denali. Alex and team diagnosed the program and came back with a loose connection. I was only charged for the diagnostic visit when a dishonest dealer would have hit me for some replacement part. Add in that the Sullivan team noticed another item on my vehicle but educated me that it's something we'll need to address down the road but there wasn't an immediate need. Amazing experience- nothing to worry about, no fast one pulled on us, and treated like we had purchased a high end car, even though we didn't. Can't say enough about the personnel at this dealership.
