Service consultant was not particularly friendly or helpful. I had to correct his description of what I initially told him about the problem I was having with my Cascada. I had to call him for an update about six hours after I brought the car in and he had no information for me. When he called back he spoke to my husband and was much more friendly to him. He indicated the car would be ready in a half hour. When I arrived 45 minutes later, I had to wait for my car. Finally, I was told it was ready, out back. When I went to look for my car, it wasn't there. After walking around for a while, another employee said he would find the car for me. A few minutes later my service consultant brought out my car from the back. He did apologize for not knowing the location of my car. Overall, my first experience with AH Buick GMC was mediocre. More

I brought my out-of-state vehicle to Arlington Heights GMC while I was in town visiting, and I worked with Brian to get maintenance and warranty repairs done on my pickup truck. He walked through all the GMC while I was in town visiting, and I worked with Brian to get maintenance and warranty repairs done on my pickup truck. He walked through all the recommended service with me in a transparent manner, explained the pros and cons of getting each thing done now versus later, and allowed me to select what I wanted to get done. All the requested check-ups and work was done within a few hours. Some of the pricing was on the high end for a few of the items, but it still within reason for getting service done at a dealership. After applying a coupon, I paid a little bit less here compared to what I probably would have paid back in my home state. Everyone I interacted with was professional and efficient, and everything was streamlined. If you're in the area, I would recommend getting your service done at Arlington Heights GMC. More
