It is truly a pleasure to visit Sullivan Buick and it's such a change of pace from other car dealerships. Service team was so friendly, got me in for an oil change, didn't try to upsell me services and too such a change of pace from other car dealerships. I live quite a ways away from the dealership but I always bring my car back here for service. I like that they have been servicing my car from the day I purchased it there. Many people think my car is new ye bring my car back here for service. I like that they have been servicing my car from the day I purchased it there. Many people think my car is new yet it just reached its 10 year anniversary. Chris was very helpful in explaining what additional items were unexpectedly found with the car at this last appointment and I am very grateful that he was able to accommodate getting the work done the same day, so I didn't have to take time off of work to come back again and could feel confident that my car had been thoroughly checked out prior to taking it on a road trip. More
