Thanks for letting me bring in my car to fix the recall on my day off. It was easy to set up with the person who called me. However, please let your sales staff know that they should refrain from using t on my day off. It was easy to set up with the person who called me. However, please let your sales staff know that they should refrain from using the words xxxx and xxxxing while a customer is in the showroom. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! !!!!!! I had asked this service team to ONLY do what was ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY! NOT something that MAY have to be repaired in the FUTURE!! I spoke to !!!!!! I had asked this service team to ONLY do what was ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY! NOT something that MAY have to be repaired in the FUTURE!! I spoke to BRIAN about my tight financial situation, but he said that ALL OF THE REPAIRS WERE NECESSARY, or that I'd be paying A LOT more when those NECESSARY repairs were soon (really may) actually be needed!! ...a 2014 GMC Acadia that has been in tip top shape before your company took over for Sullivan??? Now my car needs more than $8,000 in repairs for an engine misfire?!?! Can you even FATHOM how much money I had to borrow and still have a long way until its paid back?!?! Thats obviously not anything you have to care about, but as a single mom raising 2 kids, it requires me to have a working car to get them to and from school, etc. Why did you replace my brand new oil and the spark plugs that had 20,000 miles left on them, and hours of labor that later I learned should have taken a half hour?! Were you charging me for the hours in which my car sat there until you had the time to to look at it?? Plus the several other charges I never even really needed nor came in for?! The previous dealership, SULLIVAN, would have NEVER DONE THIS...why are you allowed to have THEIR past reviews?!?! I bought 2 cars from SULLIVAN and had only had a few services for oil changes and non-financially draining repairs from time to time, and most likely 90% of your 5 star service reviews were earned by that service team, especially Dave and Victor, who refused to work for you after Sullivan no longer existed. I loved everything about the service center at SULLIVAN. Maybe its just Brian, from service that's the scammer, so maybe HE should be fired, but he said he's the TOP GUY there now and everyone works under him! I SHOULD HAVE forfeited the non refundable $200 fee to just look at my car, and just gone somewhere else, like every common sence thought I had. I should have gone anywhere else, but a non-refundable fee?? I guess that's your hussle... repairs or no repairs...Either way, you would make $200 for doing NOTHING. More
