About midway into our travel from Jackson, Michigan, to my mom's house in Buffalo Grove yesterday evening, we started hearing a squealing noise. Concerned, my husband and 14 year-old daughter starting Googling, searching for potential causes and dealers in Arlington Heights with the hope of getting the car checked out today. My daughter found Arlington Heights Buick GMC, sending a chat through the website. Although after business hours, she was able to communicate that we were hoping to have the car looked at to make sure it was safe to drive back to Michigan Sunday, and to possibly repair any issues found. The internet chat bot directed my daughter to text, which she did, quickly receiving a response that the service department opened at 8 and to please bring the car in by 10 AM. My husband and I brought the car in at 8:30 AM and after waiting just a few minutes and were warmly greeted by Dean Fay. Dean proceeded to treat us with the utmost kindness and care. He was such a help to us and such a wonderful person to work with! From the initial meeting with Dean, through the updates he provided, to the easy process to pick up the vehicle, our experience with this dealership was simply the best experience we have had with any dealership, hands down! If we lived nearby we would utilize this dealership for all our service needs and we will encourage others to do so if they are in need of car service. I had a difficult issue with my vehicle and the parts were on backorder for a long time which is no fault of the dealers. Although it took a while to get the parts the dealer kept me informed as there we were on backorder for a long time which is no fault of the dealers.
