I went into Sullivan to look at 2 used cars: an Acadia and a Volvo. We ended up buying the Volvo for 4 reasons: the stellar conditions of the car, the straight-forward sales person (Mark Latta), the pri and a Volvo. Was looking for a suv for more space. I have three kids now, and my impala was not cutting it for room. Was looking at many different makes, but for price to features, and room, decided to look for durango now, and my impala was not cutting it for room. Was looking at many different makes, but for price to features, and room, decided to look for durangos. Seen one just listed at sullivan, figured i'd look at it since i was going that way to look at other dealers in the area for other durangos. Dealt with jason, and could not of been a better experience. Worked with us and was very patient on letting us wait a day to be sure it was doable financially, didn't presure us into a deal right then and there like most place's would. Worked out great. More
Finally got my dream car and it was the right choice for me. Had to search high and low for it! As far as Jason he was great! I would recommend him to a friend that wanted to buy. And then when I came in person he was very attentive and detailed in the process. In my opinion, Jason was exceptional! As a result, it was a very positive car buying experience. I walked into Sullivan, because my girlfriend and her family RAVED about their customer service but, little did I know how GREAT it really was until I experienced it myself. When I met Gabe and Geoff, we hit it off right away. Not only were they very personable and easy to work with, but never once put any pressure or made me feel like I needed to overextend myself, to make a sale happen. Gabe had other customers, my second visit to the dealership, so Geoff took over helping me shop for the right car to fit my needs and wants. He was more than happy to talk to me both in person and over the phone and went above and beyond his duties, by coming in on his day off. Once again all of this service with never feeling pressured to buy the car. The level of service that I received was so superior to anyplace that I have been to. When it came down to pricing and my trade in, I thought they were fair and actually had an enjoyable experience. They gave me a great price on both my trade in and on the 07 Ford Mustang GT that I purchased. Never once did I feel as if they were trying to take advantage of me and it was quite refreshing to work with honest people, as is not the case typically with car purchases. It truly felt as if I was dealing with a friend rather than someone I had just met a few days earlier. I strongly suggest going to Sullivan Buick/GMC, everyone in the dealership is there to help make car purchasing process painless! Oh! Also, they have wonderful coffee too! More
I just purchased a Buick LaCrosse eAssist from Sullivan Buick. My salesman was Chris Lahey, who couldn't have been more helpful. I had to order to get exactly what I wanted--and I did! “I just purchased a 2012 GMC Acadia from Sullivan this month, April 2012. I had the opportunity to work with Chris Lahey, and it was one of the better buying experiences that I have had in a long time. Su month, April 2012. I had the opportunity to work with Chris Lahey, and it was one of the better buying experiences that I have had in a long time. Sullivan was not my first stop while I was shopping for the Acadia but I am very glad it was my last. Chris was one of the most knowledgeable salesmen that I have ever dealt with. Not only was he well schooled in the technical aspects of the vehicle, but he was well aware of all the current specials and incentives including the Costco auto purchase program that I had personally never heard of. When it came time to complete the purchase and some of the numbers did not initially come in as planned Chris and the entire Sullivan team including Dan Szwec, Lou Mostaccio, and Gerald in Finance, worked diligently to make the deal happen. During the process they were more than understanding and appreciative of the fact that this was a large purchase and we needed to feel comfortable and happy about the decision we were making. They even went as far as adjusting my interest rate (lowering my payment) on the finance charges the next day since we had made the purchase very late and not all the banks had responded to their request. This is not typical behavior for an auto dealer but certainly something that I will not forget. Chris treated me like a valuable client and not just a one time customer, and that is something that I really value. If you are looking for a GMC or Buick and you have the opportunity to stop by Sullivan you will not be disappointed.” Seth More
