After reviewing this situation with all of the parties involved, we had come to the conclusion that Mr. Slavka had test driven a couple of different vehicles and there was a misunderstanding about which one he was choosing. We had Mr. Slavka come in after this review was posted and exchanged the vehicle to the one that he ultimately wanted to purchase. Dear Ariel. Thanks for responding, but you may have been misinformed. This, in my opinion, had nothing to do with what car that I test drove as they were: Verano and eAssist Regal and Lacross. So as you can see there could not have been any confusion between eAssist and not eAssist for Lacross. As for being happy, well, all I could say I am little far from being happy. Yes Dan recognized the mistake and offered to take car back and replace it. So I took the car back and gave me what I wanted, but this so called “negligence” and or “miss-communication” did cost me $28 more per month, multiply this for 39 month, the life of the lease, and you will see where I am coming from. Your dealership’s little mistake cost me that much in loss income. So I am not sure how any person could call this a “happy resolution”.
