First off, I've seen my fair share of dealer & bought my fair share of cars. Having said that, I simply cannot remember such a fantastic buying experience. The level of expertise, devotion & personal care offered by both Jeremy and Dan are hands down unsurpassed. It's a small dealership & you are truly greated & treated as if you are family. From taking a car on an overnight "test" drive to discussing the option & placing your bid, each step was as warm & friendly as anyone could ever hope for. I had ordered a truck & had to wait, yet was religously given weekly updates. My trade in price was honored while I waited & I was given a fully loaded, top of the line GMC product that best fit my needs while I waited for my personal selection. Seriously?? Who does that? Even the largest dealerships will usually just plop you in a bottom of the barrel dealer loaner. Not the case here!! Now my wife had a fender bender in their loaner while we were waiting for ours to arrive. Not an eye was bat at it, just a compassionate "are you & ypur family alright". They didn't care about their car, just my family & it meant a great deal to us as customers. The truck arrived shortly after the New Years, and we couldn't be happier with our selection of a vehicle or our decision to become part of Sullivan.
