Mr. Sparkowski, We sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding on the 2007 Tahoe T8030 being a certified vehicle. The paper you saw was to a Malibu we have that is Certified. You came to see this Tahoe right after it just arrived and was in back going through the motions as all our vehicles do. Our mechanic checks out the vehicles, then they go through detail. The mechanic left a checklist to the Malibu in the Tahoe. We feel terrible that this was perceived to be to the Tahoe. We do make quite the effort to make sure we cross our I’s and dot our T’s. This is not common business practice for us. We have spoke to you to rectify the situation as having peace of mind with a warranty is important and offered an extended warranty at cost. At that time you decided the vehicle was then out of budget or this left a bad taste in your mouth which is understandable. Again we are very sorry and the way every customer feels is in fact extremely important to us.

Ariel Szwec, General Manager, has since had a 30+ minute phone conversation with this customer. We have since canceled the gap, extended warranty, scanned and emailed him the cancelation checks. We take our customers serious and typically go above and beyond to provide a great experience. Unfortunately this instance has slipped through the cracks and we sincerely apologize.
