I just leased a new 2014 GMC Terrain from Sullivan Buick GMC. My Boyfriend and i Came to the dealership to Find a SUV on Friday. The one i wanted was too much money for Us to afford. I sent my boyfriend back that following Monday just to look around.. the minute he w on Friday. The one i wanted was too much money for Us to afford. I sent my boyfriend back that following Monday just to look around.. the minute he walked in Geoff knew who he was.. which was a sign right there, He was not looking to a sale and walk away and not care. I felt more like a friend to Geoff then just a random person off the street. He gave me his opinion on the SUV, Helped me find on in my price range and i came back on Wednesday and the minute i got out of my car there was a SUV waiting for me... This is an update of a review from February 7. I purchased a brand new 2013 buick regal on February 6. In one month, I have had nothing but problems with the car, and I've gotten the runaround from purchased a brand new 2013 buick regal on February 6. In one month, I have had nothing but problems with the car, and I've gotten the runaround from the dealer. Here's my story: I purchased the car on February 6, which was one of the coldest days of the year, but I was happy because I purchased a new car. I keep the car in a garage, and when I drove the car out of the garage on february 7, 2014, I had a notice that all 4 tires had low air pressure. I understand that car tires sometimes deflate in cold weather, but the car was kept in the garage and should have been checked for air pressure on February 6 when I drove off the lot. When they sold me a car, they should have checked the air pressure in the tires. If someone had checked, they would have seen that the tires had low air pressure. That was my first wasted trip back to the dealer. The following week, it snowed. I decided to turn on the rear defrost. It didn't work. I had to take the car back to fix this issue, along with getting the cup holder replaced, as it was warped. The rear defrost had been disconnected. This is an issue that should have been checked out before I left the lot on February 6 with a new car. Third, on February 20, 2014,the roof was leaking like a dripping faucet! I had to pick up a loaner I was told that the drainage tubes for the roof had been either clogged or twisted, thus causing the leak into the interior of the car. Then, on February 24 , I noted that the windshield had 2 deep gauges in it (neither of which existed before I took the car in for service on February 20! I took the car in...again. I again had to pick up a loaner car. I advised everyone at the dealer who would listen via email and in person how displeased I am with my product and that I have no faith in either Buick's reliability and Sullivan customer service. This car is less than 1 month old, and I've had to bring the car in 4 times for service. To date, I have gotten nothing but the run around from the dealer. I have advised that I will escalate the matter to GM's headquarters, because the dealer doesn't care about the piece of junk it sold me. Despite sending emails to the sails rep, sales manager, service manager, general manager, and owner of the dealer, I've received NO response email. Instead, when I called to follow up I was told to come in to the dealer and we would get me in a new car. When I went to the dealer, they tried selling me a new regal and treat my one month old car as a trade in!!!!! Why would I buy another Buick, when the one sold to me is garbage. This group is a bunch of charlatans, and I have no faith in Buick products. I would have been better of buying Japanese or German cars instead of trying to support American. No good deed goes unpunished. More

Yes!! I bought a car at Sullivan Buick!! They get 5 stars for super friendly and by far the best dealership I have visited. Phill Pilney was great, he was patient and informative. Here is my story. First of all Sullivan Buick did a great job finding a bank for me who would like to give me a loan, and it was an issue since my credit history was very short and I just started to work aft job finding a bank for me who would like to give me a loan, and it was an issue since my credit history was very short and I just started to work after doing my master's degree. Around 20 banks denied my application and Wells Fargo was the only one who agreed to issue the loan. I bought a 2008 Buick Enclave with 90k on it. Great and luxury car which my family loved very much. But in four month it broke (for $2500 to fix, which can happened to any car with that mileage). I decided it's not the car for me and took it back. And a miracle, they took it back. I chose another car of the same price and they swaped it for me without any additional charges (as I would have to pay for fixing). Thanks to Dwayne and Bill who did a great job making my expirienced so pleased and desired. Highly recommend this dealership! More

We are totally pleased with our purchase, and thanks to Phil and Elliott we have no regrets to this purchase. We live in the Gurnee area and had the choice to go to Anthony GMC but Sullivan had the truck we wanted and all of our needs were met and Phil was able to seal the deal. Great Job Phil! More
