Dwayne was very low key which we really liked. He was not pushy at all. In fact, he was trying to get us all the discounts possible. We would have liked to get more for our 2002 Buick Le Sabre Custom but only got $2000. We had looked o n Edmunds and Kelly Blue Book and they said it should be worth 3200. After talking it over with my husband, we approached Dwayne and asked if we could get more for our car. He talked to his supervisor and was able to get 2500 which we really appreciated. It would have been nice if Sullivan's would have offered a returning Buick customer discount, a senior discount, or even or at least a 100 dollars for paying cash. My Father and I had bought our Buicks from Loren Buick on Grand and Oak Park in Chicago. I did my research on the net and checked out all Buick dealers in the northwest suburbs. We visited all there lots on Sunday, and after checking with BBB, we decided that you were the best to deal with. Dan in finance was also very knowledgeable. He helped us decide on our extended warranty plan. We are VERY HAPPY WITH OUR ENCORE AND WITH THE EXCELLENT SERVICE WE RECEIVED. JACKIE AND ART OKONIEWSKI P.S. - We need to get the vehicle sticker off our Buick LeSabre- brown with license starting 181 because we just renewed the sticker in July. I am grateful that the Sullivan Dealership puts their customers and customer service first. I know there are many dealerships who would not have bothered to ensure that all those little glitches and speed bumps were taken care of; but you guys more than stepped up to the plate! I am going to make certain to inform everyone about the exceptional level of customer care that I received. I know that things happen, and sometimes there is just miscommunication. However, from the onset, everyone was always professional, courteous, and more than attentive to my needs when I voiced my concerns. The dealership is located about 57 miles one way from my home, but the time and effort of the drive are well worth it. The team makes you feel that your purchase is important, regardless of purchasing a used or new vehicle. I am truly grateful for their hard work. The service department also deserves kudos, as they do fantastic work, and they were also exceptionally professional (Victor). I had My 2005 Buick Rendevous Ultra in 4 service, with 2 yr. extended warranty. I received a 2014 GMC Arcadia loaner car somehow somewhere on the Right side of the Vehicle there where NUMEROUS scratches. Wh yr. extended warranty.
