Great car-buying experience. I worked with Matt Seger and would recommend him to others. He is down-to-earth and easy to deal with. He didn't attempt any of the stereotypical high-pressure sales techniques. He seemed genuinely interested in putting together a deal that I could be happy with. I had visited a few other dealers, but bought from Sullivan based on the service. A quick note: I actually purchased a Saab 9-3 from here, but since it wasn't an available option on the drop-down menu, I just selected Volvo since it's also a Swedish automobile. More

My wife and I are very satisfied with our recent purchase of a used Chevy Equinox at Sullivan Buick. I originally e-mailed the dealer to get more information on the car before coming in and Dwayne responded of a used Chevy Equinox at Sullivan Buick. I originally e-mailed the dealer to get more information on the car before coming in and Dwayne responded promptly. When we went in that evening to see the car Dwayne remembered me from the e-mail and he immediately pulled up the car and told us to take it for a ride. We wound up liking it and the purchase went very smoothly. Dwayne was very friendly and made us feel comfortable the entire time. He even offered us some bottled water and coffee. We got a good car at a good price but I am unhappy at the follow up regarding not being given a 2nd keyless start remote. I had to follow up myself and was told they only had 1 remote. I can't believe the de follow up regarding not being given a 2nd keyless start remote. I had to follow up myself and was told they only had 1 remote. I can't believe the dealer will not try to make this right and either buy me a 2nd remote or cover a portion of the $220 it is going to cost me just to ensure I have 2 keys. This has been going on for 2 months now and I still don't have a clear cut answer. This is the 2nd car I have bought from this dealer in 2013 and I am disappointed in their customer service regarding post sale follow up. More
