Service consultant should come to inform customer for update for whatever reasons of delay. Customer will understand if you explain to them . In my case today Aug 8 I have car check pulled in at 11.45 update for whatever reasons of delay. Customer will understand if you explain to them . In my case today Aug 8 I have car check pulled in at 11.45 (appointment time) For quick oil change and interior light not working, so until 1315 I went to the service counter to ask for the update first time ! My receipt on credit card shown at 13:51 hrs Case and point:if you have too much work load ,ask somebody for help. More
