I used online resources, visited various dealerships, and decided that Sullivan Buick GMC was where I was going to start, and hopefully finish. When I walked through the doors, I was greeted warmly, and left to walk through the showroom and the lot. When it was obvious that I was ready to engage id dialogue, I was approached by Gabriel Szwec. There was no high pressure sales tactics, only a consultative approach to sales that was refreshing. With three young children, I explained to Gabriel that this next vehicle was for my wife, and we were looking to lease. Needless to say, Gabriel made this a great experience, helping us identify the properly outfitted vehicle, and working with us on a lease payment that met our needs. Loving my new Acadia I went in to Sullivan looking to test a new GMC Acadia and just a few days later, I have a gorgeous new Acadia at home that I love. I went in not sure whether I was actually going to purchase a car. I was a first time car buyer and didn't know the steps to actually purchasing one in my name. Mike was friendly from the moment I first contacted him to inquire about the vehicle. He responded fast and very honestly to all my questions and inquiries. One of the things that really stuck out for me was on my way down to the dealership to "just look at the vehicle and see if I liked it." The morning of my visit Mike Ayoub called me and told me he was excited to meet me and show me the vehicle and that he had gotten it all cleaned up and looking nice and ready for me. He also warned me that there was another customer that wanted to come look at it that day so I should come as early as possible. With a near 2 hour drive ahead of me, I informed him that it would take awhile to get down to the dealership. Mike called me every couple hours to inform me on the other client and his whereabouts to determine if it was worth my trip. When he called me the last time before I arrived, he only called me to tell me the other guy decided he was going to come on Monday and that I didn't need to rush any longer. (Many dealers would have still tried to rush me there to get on with the process) When I arrived at the dealership, I was immediately greeted by many employees. Being the last day of the month, and the busiest, people were everywhere but Mike was there to greet me with a cold water for my friend and I and show me to the car. He let me take a look at the vehicle then gave me some time to look through anything I wanted without the pressure of him standing there. I quickly decided that I had a change of heart and I wanted the vehicle. When I told Mike he was very happy and extremely helpful getting everything done. I couldn't be happier with my service and my new vehicle. More
