I went to Sullivan to look for a used vehicle I found online. When I arrived I was greeted warmly by Mike Ayoub, who worked with me through the rest of the day. Mike was a great person to work with, he was not pushy and he was also very knowledgeable about the vehicles (every model I inquired about). Mike encouraged me to take a look at other models and to take my time before I made any decisions. In the end I purchased the vehicle I came in to look at. Mike listened to my needs and worked with me to get the vehicle I wanted at a price I was comfortable with. I feel that Sullivan offered me a very fair trade-in value for my vehicle. From Mike in sales to Dan in finance, everyone I worked with at Sullivan was very friendly and knowledgeable. It had been 10 years since I purchased my last vehicle and I hope this one will last as long, but when the time comes to purchase another vehicle Sullivan will be the first place I stop. I purchased a 2013 GMC Acadia SLT-1 with a middle bench seat. After six weeks of decision making we came to the decision this was the car for me. No matter the question (and my husband asked some pretty difficult ones, I think) Steve's answers were honest and detailed. There wasn't any "salesman fluff". When it came down to locating the exact car I wanted he searched high and low, eventually finding what I wanted. Within a week I had the keys in hand and paperwork signed for my new SUV. Steve made the experience of purchasing this vehicle very smooth and headache free. I do know that when I contacted Sullivan Buick GMC there was a major difference immediately compared to the others. Each representative I spoke with was knowledgeable and helpful. I did not feel pressured, rushed or intimated, which I did at many of the other places. Sullivan seemed interested in helping me with my actual inquiry, instead of pushing me towards something they wanted to sell which I experienced at the others places. My sales person, Matt Seger was an absolute dream to work with. This was my first experience purchasing a vehicle alone and he did an excellent job explaining everything to me so I could understand and answer all (there were a million!) questions. Matt went above and beyond to help me fulfill my needs. I did purchase a certified vehicle and I could not be happier not only with my selection but also with the whole purchasing process.
