We were met at the door and invited into his office. After some pleasant formalities, he introduced us to the car. It was clean and ready to test drive. We made two trips around. One for me and one for my wife. Gerald was very friendly and knowledgable. He answered all questions about the car as we finished our test drive. We headed back to his office, were offered refreshments, and then discussed numbers. He was straight forward and never pressured us once. He even dismissed himself so that we could discuss the deal. Once we were ready, Gerald handled all the paperwork and even gave us a parting gift. We wouldn't hesitate to purchase another car from him. Which I almost did so the next week. The night before the appointment, he called me to get the basic information needed-what model I was interested in, what color I preferred, and the options I liked to have. He also started the credit application so that it would save time the next day. As soon as I walked in and met with Jeremy, he told me that I was approved...for a brand new 2014! I was so excited! He showed me the one he had picked out and it was PERFECT! A Onyx Black Terrain with black interior! Only 7 miles on it before the test drive! He was super friendly to my daughter and I! The time spent to talk about the details in the lease was super fast! I left the dealership with my new Terrain and was so happy with the experience!
